Meet Yvette McAlpine
Founder of Thrivingly Rooted – Guided by Faith, Rooted in Purpose
Yvette McAlpine is the heart and soul behind Thrivingly Rooted, a space inspired by her deep faith and calling to walk alongside others as they heal, grow, and step into the life they were created for.
With an honours degree in Psychology, a heart for people, and a firm foundation in God’s grace, Yvette brings together the insight of a Specialist Wellness Counsellor and the encouragement of a Life Coach.
She offers support that is both practical and deeply personal—meeting people where they are, whether they’re navigating emotional struggles, relationship challenges, or a season of feeling lost or uncertain.
Yvette believes that true transformation begins from within—and that with the right tools, gentle guidance, and a bit of faith, every person can rise from hard places and grow into the fullness of who they’re meant to be.
Her sessions are more than just conversations; they’re a safe space for reflection, healing, and soul-deep restoration. Her faith informs her work, guiding her to hold space with compassion, wisdom, and hope.
Outside of session, Yvette is a creative spirit who loves arts and crafts, spending time in nature, cheering for her F1 favorites, and sharing life with her grown daughters and her husband of 28 years.
A lifelong learner and adventurer, she’s also embraced the world of digital marketing—proving it’s never too late to explore new passions.
With Yvette, you won’t just be heard—you’ll be encouraged, equipped, and gently reminded that even in the unknown, you are never walking alone.
We All Deserve to Belong, Heal, and Thrive.
Hi, I’m Yvette—a Specialist Wellness Counsellor, Life Coach, and everyday human who decided to reinvent her life in her 40s.
After years of caring for others, I finally turned inward, faced my fears, and built something beautiful from the inside out.
Thrivingly Rooted was born from that transformation—a platform that offers support, tools, and guidance for anyone ready to move from surviving to thriving.
Whether you’re a teenager figuring out who you are, a parent rediscovering themselves, or a soul going through a big life shift—this is a space where you’re seen, supported, and never judged.
