A Beautiful New Chapter – Thrive Counselling & Coaching is Evolving into Thrivingly Rooted"

Hello, beautiful souls,

I hope this post finds you feeling grounded and hopeful, wherever you are on your unique journey.

Over the past few months, I’ve found myself in a space of deep reflection. I’ve listened inwardly, sat with my purpose, and looked at the many paths I’ve walked alongside each of you—through grief and growth, heartbreak and healing, confusion and clarity. It’s in these quiet, soul-led moments that a beautiful truth revealed itself to me: it’s time to evolve.

I’m overjoyed to share that Thrive Counselling & Coaching is officially evolving into Thrivingly Rooted and will be revealed soon (some tweaking still needs to be done).

This isn’t just a name change—it’s a deepening. A becoming. A reflection of everything this space has grown into and where it’s headed next.

Thrivingly Rooted is more than a practice. It’s a whole-hearted way of showing up—for yourself, your healing, and your future. It’s a space where counselling and coaching come together in a deeply nurturing and intentional way. Because you’re not just one thing—you are healing and becoming. Grieving and growing. Rooted in your past, and wildly capable of stepping into what’s next.

This new identity carries with it a few promises:

• That you will be seen as whole, even when you feel fragmented.

• That your story matters, in all its messiness and brilliance.

• That we will make space for softness, for bravery, for dreaming big, and feeling safe.

• That your past will never disqualify you from a meaningful future.

So, whether you’re here to gently untangle the weight of yesterday or to boldly plant seeds for your tomorrow—or maybe both—Thrivingly Rooted is here to hold space for it all.
