Hey lovely,
Can I just remind you of something simple, sacred, and so easy to forget?
You are God’s masterpiece.
Yes — you. Right here, right now. Not the “better” version of you you’re waiting to become. Not the version with it all figured out. But the real, beautiful, in-process you.
The Bible says we are God’s workmanship — and the Greek word used is poema. Sound familiar? It should. It’s where we get our word poem.
That means you are more than just a person going through the motions. You are a living poem — a divine work of art written with love, intention, and meaning. Every part of your story, even the ones that feel messy or hard to understand, is part of that greater masterpiece.
And here’s the thing: every masterpiece includes brushstrokes, textures, and yes — imperfections. The very things you try to hide are often the things that make you most you. Those flaws? That tender heart? The parts of your story you wish were different? They add depth. They make you relatable. They give your life its richness.
So please, let go of perfect.
Perfection was never the goal — grace was. Growth was. Becoming was.
You weren’t made to impress — you were made to express. And every expression of your life, even the quiet ones, matter deeply.
You were created with purpose — even if you don’t see the full picture yet. Like any great poem, your life carries a message. Sometimes it’s loud and clear. Other times, it whispers through the pages that don’t make sense… yet. But that doesn’t mean it’s meaningless. It just means the Author isn’t finished.
So keep turning the page. Keep going.
Let your life speak grace — not just when things look polished and together, but right in the middle of your becoming. Right in the middle of the unknown.
Speak to yourself with kindness. Would you criticize a painting while it’s still being painted? Then don’t criticize your own unfolding story. You are not a problem to fix. You are a masterpiece in motion.
You don’t have to hustle for your worth. You don’t have to earn love or prove your value. You already are valuable — because of Who made you.
And the best part?
You still get to choose, every day, to live like a poem of grace. Not perfect. Not always loud. But full of beauty, authenticity, and freedom. A life that inspires, not because it's flawless — but because it's real.
So go ahead. Live bravely, love generously, and rest often.Let your life reflect grace, line by line.
Because friend — you are not behind. You are not broken. You are becoming. And you are absolutely, without a doubt, God’s masterpiece.
With all my heart,
Yvette 💛
